“We made a last-minute trip here from Pennsylvania and I have to tell you the food was out of this world. Oh my God it’s a small hole in the wall place highly recommend the food. The mac & cheese was to die for your socks will fly off so so good I had the fried dumpling. I haven’t had the fried dumpling in over 10 years. It was amazing. We ordered the fried fish with the rice and peas and cabbage, and it did not disappoint. Great service, friendly owners welcoming by love this place thank you you guys.“

“I was craving some soul food while visiting my family in town and saw this spot while driving by. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant!! The fried fish was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The candied yams were sweet and flavorful, and the potato salad was creamy just the way I like it. The staff was also very friendly and provided great customer service, I will definitely come back again.“
