“I don't know how it is there now but back in the spring and summer of 1973 I was in my late teen's and my friends and I use to go there for drinks and a pizza while relaxing out in the back room 'Porch' overlooking the river. We all felt so comfortable and welcomed there. Some of my fondness memories were there. So yes based on those memories I say yes in a heartbeat“

“Great neighborhood pub. All the bartenders are friendly efficient and care about the people that serve. They make sure they wear there masks and makes sure we were ours!. We all have a good time. “The food is always delicious and the portions are huge! My only concern tonight was the waiters using foul language ( amongst themselves but loud enough that we could hear since it was very quiet in there when we went ) very unprofessional. . Then an elderly gentleman came in and requested a table for one not near the bar but the waiter told him the one table at the far end in the corner was for two people . It was early like 5:00 and almost nobody in there . What would’ve been the harm in placing him at that table ? He would’ve been done eating probably before it got too busy and he at least would have had some dignity instead of being sat behind the host station . That’s just poor taste in my opinion . Just thought it should be brought up for the future . Treat customers with respect and they will return .“

Stepping into Mr. P’s Roadhouse on a scorching hot Friday was like finding an oasis, and that's largely thanks to the incredible service from Sheila, the bartender. From the moment we arrived, Sheila greeted us with the warmest smile and a politeness that immediately made us feel welcome.
She was quick to recommend the coconut tacos, and let me tell you, they were an absolute game-changer! Hands down, the best tacos we've had in this entire area – a true delight. The beer was perfectly ice cold, and the air conditioning was a blissful escape from the heat outside.
What truly made our visit exceptional was Sheila's wonderful personality. She had us laughing and feeling so comfortable, it was as if we’d known her our entire lives. Her genuine warmth and friendly demeanor are exactly what you hope for in a bartender.
We absolutely cannot wait to come back to Mr. P's Roadhouse. Sheila, you are truly perfect for this work, and anyone lucky enough to be served by you is in for a fantastic experience!“
