“Delicious food & drinks. Super friendly staff. Saturday & Sunday brunch is incredible. The place is always decorated for the holidays. We’ve been going there for years. Even though covid shutdowns, years of road construction blocking their entrance, they never gave up. They still decorated the place, had specials, and it seemed the portions got bigger & better. We’ve had some really fun parties & great times there. We support them every chance we get. Highly recommended!!!”

“We've been loyal customers since this place opened, consistently enjoying amazing, fresh food with timely deliveries and a wonderfully professional staff. However, our experience last Wednesday was unexpectedly disappointing. My steak salad was stale, with dry steak and anchovies that had an off-putting smell. The salad itself was soggy, and the shrimp did not taste fresh. Meanwhile, my husband's pizza was overly salty and overcooked. We're hoping this was just an isolated incident, as we've always had positive experiences in the past. We believe in giving them another chance and are hopeful that it was simply a rough day for the chef.”

“I’ve eaten multiple times at Our Kitchen and have always had a great experience - the food, staff, service and atmosphere have always been wonderful. However yesterday was the first time, we utilized (or attended) an event in their private room upstairs and I cannot say enough good things about it. We celebrated my 70th birthday and everything was perfect. The food was delicious (served family style and there was plenty of it!), the food and bar service was great, the room itself was perfect (a very nice room with lots of space for the kids to run around) and Melanie was so easy to work with! I highly recommend Our Place for lunch, dinner and in particular, for your private event!”

“Emilio, the owner was very pleasant & accomodating. Though I ordered the steak in a sauce with Rice & Beans. He wanted me to taste his wife's chicken in a cream sauce -- he provided me with a small plate which was amazing. Everything was delish -- like my own home latin cooking. The black beans came very close to my own -- which I take great pride in making. It was a throughly wonderful experience. Let me add that La Panaderia has the best Latin food in Peekskill. The juices are to die tor.”

I had an excellently crafted cappuccino and decided to try the gluten-free almond cookies (come in a package of 4). For those of you who are gluten-free or gluten sensitive, you know how difficult it is to find that perfectly delicious, made with love, delicacy. These are out of this world and have a full almond taste and are wonderfully chewy. A highly recommended respite for anyone looking for that perfect spot to enjoy your coffee or tea, and dive into a delectably home made perfection.”

We ordered their Sunday sauce with Meatball,sausage,spare rib, bracelets on rigatoni W/a dollop of Ricotta cheese. Couldn’t finish all of it took the rest home. “The best pub I’ve been to outside of Britain, hands down. The hand drawn cask bitter is particularly good. Comes in proper imperial pint glasses filled to the brim. The food is authentic and high quality. I just wish this place was closer to home (about 40 mins away from me) and the atmosphere is absolutely perfect. “Went to Asago Sushi with my son and had a great experience. We shared the shishi and sashimi combo for two, portions were generous, and everything was incredibly fresh, the kind of sashimi that just melts in your mouth.

It’s on the pricier side compares to other local sushi shops, but the quality makes it fully justified. Service was excellent, and the low-key decor gave it a relaxed, comfortable vibe.

I went with my kids on Christmas Eve last year, and it was such a special experience—the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Since then, I’ve been back often, especially for happy hour, and it never disappoints. One of my absolute favorites is their onion dip with chips—it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! It takes me right back to the holidays—Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter—when my family would always have onion dip, Copperhead takes it to a whole other level. Their homemade peanut butter shot is also incredible (with whiskey, I believe)—smooth, unique, and dangerously good. The chef, bartenders, and waitstaff are all so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere feels like family, and to top it off, the sunsets over the Hudson River right across the street are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The Copperhead Club isn’t just a place to grab a drink or a meal—it’s a true treasure in Peekskill. “I loved everything about this coffee shop/roaster. I went twice this week. The first time I had an iced coffee, a light roast brewed coffee and blueberry muffin. Today I had a cinnamon roll latte and a sweet bun. I don't know where the pastries are from but they are so delicious! They are very fresh. The space is very nice as well. There's plenty of seating available and it was very quiet. I'm looking forward to going back and buying their whole bean coffee.”
