I’ve had sushi all over America, and this is a top contender amongst the best I’ve had. The menu is on the simpler side, but don’t let that detract you from the absolute quality they deliver. The sushi rolls are larger than typical and priced very reasonable for what you get. Plus they serve warm sushi rice which not many places outside of Los Angeles do.
Cute little place for a quick bite. The food was fresh and the service was good. The location is small, but perfectly comfortable for a weekday meal. The flavors are pretty standard for an American sushi place. The hand roll was served with the seaweed still wrapped and more like a taco than a hand roll,not sure if this is a new fad, but the taste was ok. The decor of the place is cute and welcoming.
Enjoyed the Bento lunch special, tasty food, fast, pleasant service & great value. Lovely restaurant, very clean with great decorations, I play Pokemon Go so enjoyed seeing a couple of Pokemon characters in there.

Mikado in Queens is a must-visit spot for delicious Japanese cuisine. The udon noodles and JPop drink are popular choices, and the sushi rolls are fresh and expertly made. The restaurant's vibrant ambiance and helpful staff create a delightful dining experience. The food is outstanding and of exceptional quality, with everything made to perfection. The lunch bento box is fresh and delicious, and the salmon hand roll is overflowing with salmon. The miso black cod is some of the best ever had, and the Wagyu Tataki is incredibly tender. The Love Milk Tea is light, refreshing, and not too sweet. The decor is beautiful and sets a really nice atmosphere. Service is friendly and attentive, offering great value with fair prices. Mikado promises a satisfying meal that will have you coming back.
