Each and every time I come here they manage to get something in my order wrong. They never know how to use promos or coupons. My least favorite Dunkin/baskin Robbin’s.
First they gave me a milkshake with nuts when i explicitly ordered something without nuts. Then they ran out of multiple flavors but didn't reflect this on their ubereats page so I got to deal with that headache

i accidentally ordered the wrong syrup and told them immediately before they even pumped it into the cup. Instead they acted like they couldnt understand me and continued to pour the milk and espresso after i already told them i meant to put sugar free vanilla instead of french vanilla. Then i kept trying to tell them respectfully but they ignored me then told me it was too late because they had already made it. Refused to change it for me and the coffee ended up being too sweet....read full review
