“A cool cafe with a clean, modern aesthetic. Plenty of seating. The only drawback is that everything is a bit pricey (e.g. a specialty latte costs $8.5). The turkey & provolone croissant sandwich was the most surprising. I’ve eaten countless croissants in my life, but this…it was hands-down one of best croissants I’ve ever had. I’ll come back for the croissants for sure.“

“You must check out this coffee roaster in Astoria! They have a variety of coffees available so you are sure to find one you like. If you want a little treat they offer a variety of pastries including gluten free and vegan options which is a huge plus. On Mondays at 10:30 am they do weekly coffee cuppings that are open to the public. Be sure to give coffee cupping a try, it's fun to taste different beans and talk with others about what you're tasting.“

“Best coffee in Whitestone. Coffee beans to purchase here are more expensive than gold, very high quality though. Everything is good here, seems relatively understaffed at times, but would recommend definitely better than the other overpriced crap in Whitestone, especially the guido espresso bar around the corner that charges 10 dollars for a quad espresso. 🇬🇷“

“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! Love the swings ✅“
“My daughter won a contest on Instagram for 2 free meals, drinks and cookies. She invited her sister, so it was 3 of us. We drove from Babylon to Manhasset to try this cute little cafe. When we got there I let the cashier, maybe manager know who we were. She was so gracious, explained the menu items and recommended the coffees we should try. We placed our order and waited. The food that came out was so pretty, smelled amazing and was delicious too.“

“Went there for a coffee and a little treat with a friend. The two ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful when asked about recommendations. I got a mini chocolate croissant and an iced dirty horchata with oat milk. It was nice to sit there and read a book while enjoying my delicious drink. They also have a little area in the corner for kids and Ilove how family friendly the place is. I saw a lot of individuals and families come through the doors and all left smiling. I will definitely come again when I’m in the area.“

“The Bean House is the best of the best, a nice quiet clean little place that serves the best cappuccino on the planet. Every slip brings back pleasant memories of Paris.“
“I love this coffee shop, but I wish it had more (ba dum tsst) variety in the menu. There’s a lot of seating but the seats are kind of uncomfortable maybe on purpose so you don’t stay too long. The decor is so cute, the staff is nice. I wish they had a rewards system because I’d go every day.“
“My favorite place for coffee. They roast their own coffee and custom grind it to your needs, French press in my case. Great hot and iced coffee to go. Iced is poured over coffee cubes not ice cubes. So it’s never diluted as the ice melts. And they have tasty mini croissants to go with it 😋 Conveniently located across 40th Street station on the 7 line so you can grab your coffee and quickly get to the El. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s always nice to go there. They’ve been in business for about 60 years so they’re doing it right.“
“One of the best shops in Arthur Avenue. There I buy my grounded coffee for more than 25 years. Excellent service and quality.“

“I first came here with my dad when my parents visited from out of state after the birth of my first child a few months ago. It was awesome!! Super quick service and the food was great except the pan de bono was a little tasteless. Both my parents got the breakfast croissants with ham, egg, and spinach and loved it. I just got two cheese arepas and split a carrot bread slice with my wife—she also got pan de bono. I’ve since come back for a snack or coffee a few times (I live a five minute walk away) and really enjoy it—usually I just get a plain arepa and coffee or an americano. The only small thing (and why I would give this 4.5 stars) is that the one time I got a plain espresso it tasted too burned for my palette—that might by a me problem.
Anyway a great place to go!“
