Domino's Pizza in Queens

“This Domino’s is really good pizza always tastes great they have come a long way from when they first opened years ago. I gave 4 stars because i don’t like that you have to pay more if you order inside the store but if i order it’s cheaper that makes no sense but everything else is good.“

“Communication is key they are always great with customer service who ever had bad service with them , were rude period. they always resolve the problem and thats facts been with them for 5 years straight now and when they forget the sauces all you have to is call them and they always resolve the problem thanks guys for all the hard work you guys do anyone else with an issue can just go somewhere else.“

“I know we all have our own personal preferences and we base our reviews sometimes based on the service the food quality or the one out of 100 times we had a bad experience. I myself did have a bad experience once at this location however I was partially to blame due to being close to the closing hour and I ran late. I do have to say they are extremely pleasant every single time I go in there very friendly professional and the food has never been bad it is just what I would expect a Domino's“

“Domino's Pizza been either going to or ordering from Domino's for years now Pizza is good thick slices, different types of bread sticks or rolls as well as Pizza's. We ordered Pepperoni, Mushrooms sometimes mixed with Pineapple, olives.“

“These guys are nice the pizza came pretty quick in less than 20 minutes if you live around the area (rego park) shoutout to the delivery guy with long and curly black hair he didn’t care about the giant rats running at the lobby of my building, keep up the good work!“

“Blown away by the kindness of the staff. My pizza was in the oven and i was fasting. The employee asked me if i was fasting and proceeded to set me a plate from his own food so that i could break my fast on time.Pizza was great as usual too.“

“The food is always good and hot but i would of given them five stars for the food.the chicken Alfredo is always good,the feta cheese and spinach was good except it tasted like it was dipped in Salt before they put it in the box.i mean VERY salty.I urge Dominos to try and make the cheesy breads without it drowning in salt.“

“Usually, the service is pretty efficient. I tend to do online orders and the retrieval process is almost always seamless. Not sure why the transaction on Jan. 5, around 10pm, was so difficult. One thing I'd recommend is having cashiers who are able to understand and speak English proficiently. Language barriers can sometimes frustrate and hamper processes; thankfully, I was patient enough to stick around and helped the cashier figure out things.“

“I was annoyed the last time I went because I asked for Parmesan cheese from the guy who took care of me and instead of helping me, he just disappeared and another person appeared with my pizza and WITHOUT THE CHEESE! It doesn’t bother me that you can’t help me but if I would have appreciated your prompt response ?“

“I always had the best experience with the workers and the GM, very friendly and professional people someone i can trust to make my food! I am very picky when it comes to ordering from restaurants or even domino’s pizza but this store maintains hygiene and sanitation. Always recommend ordering from this store! ask for GM Md Mohi for best service and quality PIZZA!! ?“

“The cinitwist are alright little crispy but doable......left battery and charger there they actually held on to it for me calĺed before coming the guy said yes he got it when i show up 1 hour later the others had no idea what i was talking about when it was right in front of their face under counter......ridiculous up until i screamed sayinng "I CALLED BEFORE I CAME NOW YOU DONT KNOW SUDDENLY " and just cause he wanted to keep it for himself the manager or whom ever the f he thought he was while holding the battery pack and chargjng cable up im my face which was WHITE asks me what color it was i said PINK he goes oh no its not pink....“
