Gorgeous presentation. Got the limited cherry blossom x peach swirl. Ice cream itself is not too sweet but that parfait is 72 g of sugar all together.

Second visit: matcha and Ube ice cream on a waffle cone with sprinkled hojicha powder (available at the pickup counter). The cone is actually a lot of ice cream at once.

Tried the Jasmine Butterfly Pea Latte with Matcha Crème at Café Maiko — pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced it is. The floral jasmine notes and the subtle earthiness from the butterfly pea layer blend beautifully with the rich, smooth matcha cream on top.

Texture is silky, flavor is light but satisfying — not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. Definitely a refreshing choice if you’re looking for something unique but not overwhelming.

This place is really very good. I am tired of all those american ice cream shops, where you are consuming mostly elephant doses of sugar. But simple matcha cone ice cream is so delicious and well-balanced. More I am getting into Asian culture more I feel to disconnect from everything American.
