My time being here for about a week as my family member is admitted to the hospital, I had to get something to eat occasionally. There are three kiosks that you can order and the waiting time will vary during the time of the day. Noon to about 1:30pm is the busiest, and the wait can exceed 20 mins. I haven’t had problems with their food quality while I was here. After spending my day(9am-945pm) in the ER I finally got to my hospital room, eager to order from au bon pain. Was told its Panera now and I can easily use the app and have it delivered before 11pm. Downloaded the app and was told via app that the location was not available for delivery(?). I called for some type of help because I dunno what's going on and the woman who answered my call told simply stated "its the wrong location" and hung up on me. It's a panera in the hospital that you can only access if you have access to the hospital. That said, it's great for hospital staff! The online ordering via app is smooth and they have digital kiosk and order tracking so you know when the order is ready. Standard panera quality.
