I come to this location regularly, and it’s always a solid option when I’m around JFK. The prices are a little on the higher side depending on what you order, but considering the airport location, they’re not unreasonable.

They have good meats
The guy who served me literally threw the food at the bowl, the food look like they didn't care that what was being served was supposed to be eaten, not coming back, for sure.
