This cart used to be one of my favorite when it was run by the older guy but one of the new guys will rip you off. The old guy was friendly and always gave a good amount of food. The new guy gives less food and changes the price on a whim.

The best food in town. I love the combo platter with rice. It’s is absolutely delicious. Must try! I definitely recommend you to try it once and you will be addicted.
