“Halal Mix was honestly a solid spot. We tried a little bit of everything from beef birria tacos, chicken hard shell tacos, steak nachos, chapli hoagie, jerk chicken gyro platter, and the honey chipotle chicken burrito bowl. We also got the wild wings in hot honey, mango habanero, teriyaki, and buttermilk.
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were good. The birria tacos and wings were definitely some of my favorites. They have a pretty big menu, and the fact that they have multiple locations around Jamaica makes it even easier to check them out. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.“

“Okay first of all Mashallah 😍. I was born in the generation of Halalbee’s. First off, I got my order quickly! The man I spoke with had a mask on, and the restaurant was perfectly COVID compliant. The food?! AMAZING. Perfectly priced for the quality of what you’re getting. Definitely have the Double Decker with the Maple Beef Bacon! The Panko Chicken Nuggets were crispy, and fresh. The Truffle Fries were seasoned beautifully! Easily one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time. Excellent portions! I’d love to shake the owner’s hand, but that will have to wait until social distancing is behind us! I’m definitely bringing all my friends, and recommending this spot to my coworkers! No food photo cause I legit inhaled my meal!“

The food was good. I mean chicken over rice is more or less the same, but the meat was really nice. Especially the lamb, it tasted better to me than the other places I tried. The quantity was more than enough for one person as you can see in the picture. Recommended.“

“I have been going to this place after school with my friends for quite a time now, at first I tried not to eat out because my mom is used to make us food at home. But after a couple of weeks coming in hungry after school ended, I would buy from Taza. The food is insanely amazing, especially the loaded fries, they have a variety of mexican and other culture foods that you can try out. It gets you hooked instantly, once you try it, you keep coming over again. Portions are 100% worth the money and the staff is incredible, very polite and engaging!
