Overall I recommend this place for kids and adults. The spice levels canbe altered by asking for little hot sauce and more white sauce. The price is affordable and it is ready in less than 10 minutes.“

“Today I visited Amir Halal Restaurant and was seriously impressed. The place was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I ordered the mild spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was fantastic, super crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and just the right amount of heat. The flavor was bold but balanced, making it one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a while. The fries were freshly seasoned, hot, and crispy also not your average side! They paired perfectly with the sandwich and really completed the meal. The food came out fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. “I’m literally writing this while I’m still sitting here because these guys deserve a shout-out. I’ve been to a bunch of Dave’s Hot Chicken spots, and this is easily the best one.

I was having a nightmare with the app, and Mohammed took the lead helping me figure the whole thing out. He was patient, never rushed me, and made sure everything was taken care of. Ahnaf was very helpful too, and both of them were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience.

The whole staff has been awesome. If you’re trying to decide which Dave’s Hot Chicken to go to, make it the 188th Street location in Queens. I’ll definitely be back.“

“It’s so clean here, I even posted it on TikTok. The man at the front counter was super helpful and the prices are worth it! They even have combo meals for certain items like the hot dog combo which was amazing, it came with hot dog, fries and a soda! It’s sanitary compared to other places. Definitely 10/10 recommendation. They don’t play with the food when it comes to here. They have plant based options if you don’t eat meat and even gluten free options. EDIT: I forgot to add, it’s also HALAL“

“Have my regular halal spots but decided to give this place a try on a whim last night. Ordered mix combo over rice with white sauce and green sauce. Pretty tasty, good portion, good prices. Shoutout to the chef, they’re cooking with care.

Zaki is also very friendly and I watched him even come around the counter to open the door for one his customers leaving with a scooter. Good owner mindset and customer service, puts him and his shop a cut above a lot of other spots. Place is also clean with seating to eat. Recommended.“
