Before work, I had time to grab a bite to eat and was interested in a new spot. I finally had time to check out Sarku, and I am glad I did. I ordered the chicken teriyaki with white rice and beef along with a chicken egg roll and Red Bull Roll. Everything tasted really good, and I especially love the spicy taste from the Red Bull Roll. Nice to see this place has replaced the decades old Wendys.There is a decent amount of seating. The staff is nice as I asked if they supported the Sarku Japan app but doesn't seem like it yet. Hopefully in the future.I got the shrimp / chicken combo. It did take awhile. Flavor of the chicken / shrimp was good as well as the veggies. Probably the best out of the other nearby chicken teriyaki spot. Their teriyaki sauce is great I wish I got more. The rice was pretty dry though.

So this is what the old Wendy's has become. It's nice to see one close by as opposed to having to go to the one in Queens Center. Only criticism of this place is that it's relatively small but other than that, the place is cleaned up a lot better than it ever has been when it was Wendy's since the 90s.I won't complain about price point because inflation has become a sad norm now but other than that, you get your money's worth because what I ate was very filling.
