Soy & Sake Asian Eats Reviews
I wished I read all the 1 star reviews before ordering a $32 shrimp lo mein. Yes, we all have low expectations for airport food but this takes the cake. Waited 30 mins, saw them microwaving every menu item, the food served before me looked extremely unappetizing, asked for a refund twice (did not get one)… I was not about to miss my flight for food that was likely going to make me sick so I left before it was ready and ended up grabbing a bag of chips instead.

You charge an extra fee, and then this is the meat you serve? Absolutely unacceptable.
The menu shows beautiful, misleading photos, but the actual dishes are completely different and far below expectations.
Very disappointing and misleading — definitely a place to avoid.

Terrible!!! For a $30 poke bowl, they only put in three shrimp, four slices of cucumber, and some grated carrot, added sauce, and charged $30 for it—where do you get prices like that from???🤯

Soy & Sake Asian Eats, located near the Air France departure gates in Terminal 1, offers a range of Asian dishes. The restaurant is known for its friendly staff and quick service, with the option to order from your table using a QR code. The Japanese chicken curry and rice is a popular choice, served hot and simply prepared. The fried rice with chicken is another satisfying option. However, it is recommended to avoid the ravioli. The food is decent, although the restaurant does not have a wok or grill. Overall, Soy & Sake Asian Eats is a valid option for travelers looking for a simple and tasty meal before their flight.
The restaurant has received mixed reviews. Some customers have enjoyed the drinks, including sake and top-shelf tequila, and have praised the friendly staff for their fast service. However, others have noted the high prices, with one customer describing a "microwave" feel to some of the dishes. Despite this, the bao buns have been well-received, with the tofu version being particularly appreciated. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere and convenient location near the gate have also been highlighted as positive features.
