“I have been a customer of Austin’s Ale House for many years, I know them well they know me well. This year I decided to give the excellent and highly favored family cooking team a break and had Austin’s Ale House cater our Christmas Dinner. I went with the ham dinner for 10 to feed 7 people🤣. The ordering was done with ease and so was the pick up. The family did a preliminary tasting...... LOVED .IT and whatever we have left after the “taste test” will have to serve as our Christmas Dinner. Since the taste test was so aggressive we may need to supplement what’s left with a few cheese omelets 🤣. We enjoyed it so much there was much talk about it becoming the new family tradition. “I came back to Tap House on a Saturday afternoon and had a great time. The bartender was super friendly. I ordered a burger from the brunch menu, which was delicious by the way, and she replaced the tots with fries and since brunch includes a drink she included the beer I was already drinking (brunch menu only had mimosas, screw driver and a couple other drinks, but beer). Fries were also delicious! Nice ambiance music and friendly patrons. I will definitely be back! Parking isn’t easy but you can find metered parking. Be careful if you park near the residential area because some streets are private and they can boot your car.“

“It's a simple dive bar that mostly seems to serve the post work crowd. Taking a star off as they didn't seem to have any beers on Tap. Might have been a one off but I feel that a bar must have some options on Tap.

“This is a great bar. I visited on Sat 28 September whilst on vacation from Liverpool (UK), to watch my team Liverpool FC play Wolves. Within the first five minutes I knew that I was going to have a good experience, when I heard the barman talking to a couple of locals, reminiscing about the drunken night before that they had enjoyed together in the bar. There was a good atmosphere here, and the Guinness was good too. After the match I got talking to a couple of friendly local lads who tried to buy me a drink and asked me to have a shot with them. They also tried to persuade me to move on with them for food but I had already eaten. Top fellas. I am going to try and get back here when I am next in New York.“

“I came here for the first time recently because of an event that I attended. This place is truly exceptional with its hospitality and service as the staff was fantastic.

This restaurant is a well-known institution in Queens and has been in business since 1933, and I could see why they have been around for so long.

I really didn't get a chance to try anything from their food menu, but the drinks I ordered were really good, and the bartenders are super nice. This place has a great sportsbar vibe, and it is a great place for hosting events since this restaurant is quite large.

I noticed other reviewers complaining about the parking situation in this area, but since I came quite early, I didn't have any issues finding street parking near the restaurant.

Based on my first impression of this place, I will definitely stop by again in the near future to grab a bite and a few drinks.“

“I had 12oz Ribeyes with sides of steamed broccoli and mashed potato, waffles fries and a coke.
- First of all waffle fries is really delicious 4.5/5.
- For Ribeyes it was thin and I ordered medium-rare, it came medium. Tastes a little salty for me, I like the flavor. It is pricy for this quality of meat choice and cook. Sides are okay. 3.5/5“

“We have been dining at Bourbon Street for years. The service is always outstanding, never off. The food is always delicious. The drinks perfect. The store definitely invites a Bourbon Street feel, the deco to boot. I'm so happy it has survived the restaurant apocalypse that Covid brought as well as the soaring cost of goods from inflation in its aftermath . Not to mention the cuts that delivery apps are taking away from them. “My experience at this restaurant was mostly positive, with the exception of one unfortunate incident with the drink order. Despite requesting a virgin piña colada for the children, the waitress brought it with alcohol, which could have been dangerous since the children had already consumed some of the drink. She noticed the mistake and ran to the table but the children had already had a couple of drinks ? Despite this inconvenience, we decided not to cause a scandal and let it go.

As for the rest of the experience, the food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. However, it is crucial that the restaurant improves its processes to ensure that drink orders are served correctly, especially when it comes to serving alcohol to minors.

Overall, I would recommend this restaurant, but I suggest being careful when ordering drinks to avoid awkward situations like the one we experienced. I hope you take steps to improve this and provide an even better experience for your customers in the future!“
