“Absolutely love Jamrock Jerk!! The people working the truck are always friendly. The food is delicious and I especially love their rice and gravy. My favorite platter is the pork platter and the oxtail, if you can catch them before they sell out for the day.“

“Perfect! Here's the driver-friendly English review you asked for, polished to sound natural and authentic:
As a driver who’s always on the go, this place is an absolute lifesaver!
Service is lightning-fast, so I never lose time on my shift, and my meal is always piping hot when I get it. The chicken and lamb over rice are loaded with meat, and the flavorful sauce is chef’s kiss—total comfort food that keeps me full for hours. Prices are totally reasonable, and they even throw in a free drink! The staff is always so friendly and polite, making every stop a great experience. 10/10, my go-to spot every time I’m in the area!“

“Christos Souvlaki Stand is a gold mine and I say that because there isn't a day that there isn't a swarm of customers gathered here. His souvlaki is the absolute best within the Astoria area!
It's always so fresh, well seasoned and prepared right in front of you and can be topped with whatever sauce you want - my go to is the BBQ sauce.
100% RECOMMEND!“

“Hahahaha I don’t know what happened today but they clearly gave me someone else’s order and that would have been okay. But this crepe had no sauce and I asked for it be made with everything on it lol… it was so bland and dry it tasted terrible, even adding hot sauce did not help. And I know this is not norm for them. So this is just for everyone to please check you got the order you asked for or at least with sauce if you want; otherwise, you are basically eating cardboard cause I feel the sauce soaks into the pancakes and dry crisp.“

“The food here competes with the very best spots. The meals demonstrate evident superiority. The staff showed consistent table awareness. The design choices here are refreshingly unique. Really happy with my meal. I can't wait to return for other menu items.“

“A gentleman was outside the truck assisting with ordering and payment. We ordered quesadillas (middle picture) & a tlacoyo (1st picture). He let us know they have different cook times and asked if we wanted everything served together or as it was ready. Food was great! Not too heavy or greasy. The quesadillas are handmade tortillas that are thin, light but pliable and filled with a small amount of cheese and your choice of filling. They are topped with crispy, refreshing lettuce and crema with both green or red salsa on the side. The tlacoyo was a thicker tortilla with melted cheese and filling inside and again topped with refreshing lettuce and crema and salsa on the side. We sat on the side where stools are provided. Great food and friendly service.“
“Take the number 6 green line uptown ((Pelham Bay Park), and get off at Zerega Avenue and grab a good meal from George's Diner, the staff are really friendly and welcoming, food is good, the portions are large, fast service and extremely reasonably priced. Authentic American Diner.“

“DELICIOUS. The Chacá (maíz craquiao/sweet corn) is really good. I’m from PA and don’t come to NY at all, but anytime I have to cross the GW Bridge for whatever reason, I have to stop by the corner of W. 182nd / St Nicholas in the Bronx ( I think that’s the Bronx). I haven’t tried the habichuelas con dulce, but sometimes they have rice pudding (Arroz con leche) and it is also good. The habichuelas must be really good also because everyone on the line in front of me ordered the habichuelas con dulce. I left from my house in PA at around 9AM when I checked to see what time they open, Google has their hours from noon to 8pm. I arrived to NY at around 10:45AM hoping they were going to be there already, and they were. They were just getting set up and there were also other people waiting to get this delicious sweet treat. I guess they open at 11AM. One thing I didn’t see was their price list. I heard someone getting charged $9 for the big cup and I got charged $10. I’m not sure if that person got the habichuelas or the sweet corn and/or if the habichuelas and the sweet corn have the same price. They should list the prices so some people that are not from the area or don’t go there often think they are getting overcharged. If you pass by the area, stop by and get yourself some Cachá or habichuelas con dulce. By the way, the people selling are very nice and have been on that corner for many years.“

“Mmmmmmm taste sooo good I been on my diet lately and every cheat day that I have 3 times a week this is my go to place I love this cart so much the hot sauce is soo good he better bottle that up best believe ima buy that the guy in the front is so kind he is my king halal ? he always give me extra forks and napkins I use them for when my man comes over and we be eatin his food together like a little date night situation“
“Really good, the spices and seasoning are strong enough and it’s like $2 a skewer with so many options. I always get the lamb, the potatoes (which taste like seasoned chips), and other meats. The fish balls are soft on the inside, with a roasted crust on the outside - actually good too! It’s also spicy too, but not too spicy (probably like pickled jalapeño level?)“

“The best pozole, tacos, tamales, rice pudding, tacos, quesadillas, Jamaica water and the best horchata in all of New York. We are Puerto Ricans who love Mexican food and this couple gives the best of Mexico in each dish. I highly recommend them if you are in the Dyckman area Wednesday through Sunday.“

“Delicious tamales right underneath the Woodside - 61 St station for 7 train and LIRR. Got two salsa verde tamales for $2 and they were fresh, spicy, and delicious, with tender chicken and great salsa. Delicious to have hot tamales during winter. Great value; will definitely be coming back to try the mole tamales.“
“(3.8/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️)Local late night taco truck ! You can’t go wrong if you want some Mexican during late hours. Over all I don’t think they’re out of this world - I don’t think they’re bad. I think they’re a convenient taco truck. I tried birria tonight but I’ve had their tacos quesadillas and tostadas.“
“We were visiting Flushing and noticed this food truck when we walked by a few times after 5:30pm-6pm. Finally had a chance to try it and wished that we did it sooner, not on the last night of our trip. The name is labeled incorrectly and should be Ajiang BBQ instead. He took his time with the bbq, the seasoning was right on and spicy! Most items are $2 with some at market price. We tried the squid ($5) and really delicious! Give him a try and you’ll be glad that you do. Starts at 6pm though.“

“Located in front of Paris Baguette, the BBQ truck has some of the best skewers I've ever tried. They transport you to the heart of Xinjiang with its local flavors, grilled in front of you. My two favorites were the lamb and beef skewers, and the chicken skewers were also very delicious.“
