“It's relatively clean.small. not a big dining area. In fact the countertop is against the window. Not too busy the 2 times I went to lunch on the weekend. I ordered online. Food was ready. No major issues. Food is the same across the board. Being nitpicky, they didn't have mozzarella cheese. It's not a deal breaker though. Online subway deals make it worth it as well.“

“The employees are very friendly since I arrived, the man treated me very well and made me the sandwich as I wanted. Unfortunately the soda machine did not work and they did not have many cheese options but the store is good I recommend it.“

“One guy to handle whatever is thrown at him. I saw that he had a line plus a problem with an order on the phone, which seemed difficult maybe an older person, plus his little kid on the FaceTime. He worked hard though to get it done and properly and I appreciate the effort he made for my order.“

“I’ve been going to this Subway since it opened, and I’ve seen it go through a lot of changes over the years. Before the pandemic, things weren’t great—orders would come out incorrect, the staff wasn’t always well-trained, and overall it just wasn’t the most reliable location. But they’ve improved a lot since then. The service now is noticeably better, and the store feels much more organized than before.

They did reduce some of their ingredient options, but it’s honestly not a big deal. They still have almost all the same menu items you’d find at other Subway locations. The only difference is that, instead of having multiple pans of certain ingredients (like different seasoned chicken options), they just offer one. Considering this location isn’t in a high-traffic area, it makes sense, and it doesn’t really affect the sandwiches.

The store is always clean when I go, and the current staff is much better than what they used to have. There used to be an older worker who was pretty rude, but recently the employees—especially the younger staff—have been great. On my last visit, the woman working was extremely patient even though I was juggling multiple orders over the phone. She kept everything moving, helped other customers in between, and still made sure my order came out exactly right.

A lot of the negative reviews mention issues with orders sitting out, but that usually happens when people order online and don’t pick up their food on time. I’ve never had a problem with an order I placed in person.

Some people complain about change or coupons not being accepted, but realistically, you should always check your change anywhere you go, not just here. And not every Subway honors every coupon, especially smaller locations with limited menus. It’s better to show the coupon before ordering and confirm if it applies.

Overall, this Subway has improved a lot over the years. It’s clean, the staff is helpful, and my orders come out right. It’s definitely better than people give it credit for, and I’d give it a solid four stars.“

“This restaurant is absolutely one of the coolest place in the neighborhood. Whenever I go there I am truly satisfied. They preserve their high level service and the highest level of meals they provide. You always win with this restaurant. Highly recommended.“

“Lady working there was so kind. Her gloves touched my veggie sub after touching a meat sub and I’m a vegetarian by religious practice, and she just immediately said “ok I’ll change the whole thing over, fresh gloves, bee bread even, and they wiped off the surface too. Other workers might’ve been less compassionate but she and her coworker made me glow woth appreciation. Thanks a lot! 🙏“

“Rude guy I was waiting for 5 min he was talking to the guy work at gas station then call him I ask for salad he said only 2 salad comes on egg sandwich I buy from subway all the time plus he giving attitude very bad service early morning plus when I ask for ketchup they dnt have“

“Recently went to this subway and I thought the service was great! The place looked quite clean as well as the food area. The sandwich was a little bit expensive for sure (more then what I expected) But it was well prepared with big proportions.
The guy making it was really nice. Deff. coming back 😋“
