I ordered subs through the app and the lady never reads the special instructions BUT when I went in to get the correct sandwiches the guy there was very nice about it and gave me a new sandwich and let me keep the old one. I thought they handled it very well and they do make the sandwiches better than any subways I've been too.
This subway location is great. Hassan (the owner) is very friendly and personable which you don't seem to see much at subways in this area. I have been coming here for about 6 years now and I don't have any issues other than the language barrier (which I try to be considerate since it's not easy to learn another language).
