I ordered a few bowls of home-cooked Fuzhou cuisine, which was neither amazing nor unpalatable. Except for the porridge, I didn’t like it very much, because I prefer the softness of Cantonese porridge. I sincerely suggest that the boss cooks Fujian cuisine carefully. There are really very few Fujian restaurants with such an elegant environment. Came here to try out the bucket hot pot... Very quite disappointed with everything. Ordered off the menu the mini clams it came out overcooked yet still cold... Not fresh at all. The hot pot soup base was mediocre at best. Items can be ordered by plates or individual skewers at $0.50/skewer. The skewers were very small. We left and had to grab dinner part 2 since we were so disappointed with our experience here. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Service is pretty good. Although the wait staff is more accustomed to Asian service methods so you will need to be forceful to get their attention. Otherwise they are very competent and quick. It has a large and comprehensive menus. Food came very quickly as kitchen at 8:45p on a Saturday night wasn't very busy. Food was a little too sweet for my taste.
