“The staff here is always super kind. Food and drinks are always on point. They’re really a step above the rest. I had a bad experience at the South Glens Falls location and came here to get my drink fixed because the other one gets it wrong every time. They were happy to help and really turned my morning around with such a simple gesture. Whatever this team is doing- they’re doing it right. I highly recommend stopping by this location.“
“Long overdue review - I've been to most of the Dunkin's in the area but this one STAYS my favorite!! I stop by this Dunkin’ regularly and always have a great experience - Very friendly service, especially Tina in the drive thru window! Tina always greets me with the friendliest attitude and a smile! One time I was having trouble with my card on the Dunkin App and I didn't have any of my physical cards on me, Tina took care of me and paid for my meal cause she didn't want to make me go all the way home, even though I told her I wouldn't mind - Tina truly embodies kindness and customer service! Her positive attitude truly brightens my day. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her — seriously, give Tina a raise!“
“I was in early this morning to pick up a mobile order and the app had a malfunction notifying me 11 mins before my arrival. I called to troubleshoot the order and they immediately got to work on the order. It was a large order and it was ready by the time I arrived. This level of customer service is hard to find and greatly appreciated!“
“theres this girl that is at the window whenever i come before work (around 6:30am) and she is the sweetest and I always know my day is gonna be a good one when she is the one handing me my food. I dont know her name, but she is so nice and deserves everything good“
“These girls here are awesome, the weekend I came in and saw three of them and the parking lot kept filling, drive thru kept getting longer, The young Lady quickly said no drive thru all in lobby now. And put out signs. Rocked it QUICK and calm with the looks of oh my.. people could see three girls and yet they kept pushing and these girls didn't stop, that morning a month or so back. Team work like that aggervated wanting the day to end but smiled and apologized for everyone's wait. ? KUDOS ?“
