“I go here often there is alway a line I would recommend you order on the app it is inside the mall and the food always is freshly made right in front of u but one time I did get a lot of broken straws but I would definitely recommend for someone shopping there“

“As someone from Australia, I always look forward to coming to Auntie Anne’s. I have a dairy allergy and the team are always so kind and accommodating, they make me a fresh cinnamon pretzel separately and are really careful not to let it go near the butter. I really appreciate the extra care and great service. It makes such a difference and is one of the reasons I keep coming back, thank you!“

“So I placed an order for a celebration that included approximately 50 people. I must express how pleased I was with the delivery of the pretzels. They were freshly made, and still hot. The pigs in the blanket were fresh and tasty the guests were very pleased. I heard a lot of voices saying they were delicious. Thank you @anniespretzals Utica for adding to a pleasurable time with my friends, family and love ones on this Resurrection Sunday. I will be ordering from you for my next event.

“This location is still new as of spring 2023 so it is a bit busy at times.There are three businesses within this storefront which is wild considering there used to be a Liberty Travel office in the same location. The staff seems friendly. Nice addition to the other fast food options in the area.I'm sure the neighbors upstairs enjoy the tasty smell of fresh baked goods in the morning. ?“

“This place ROCKS! Super helpful staff, I ordered the pretzel dogs, took a couple minutes extra but they were nice and HOT, tasted perfect. The place gets busy and hectic, but the tall dude and woman making the pretzels really kept up. Great place, will be back!☺️“
