“My first time at this location. I enjoyed a BEC breakfast sandwich 😋 and a decaffeinated hot pistachio latte. Unfortunately there was a biohazard and the bathroom was shut down, a big problem if you're drinking coffee. I engaged in nice conversation and will visit again.“
“A cafe with baristas that have to deal with and worry about a lot more than barista-ing, so please be kind to them and be mindful of this before harshly commenting on their attitudes or drink making skills. I recommend moving however if you have to live here and need a place to work or study: bring a mask, a lot of people that don’t have access to showers, frequent the establishment and the smell will distract and/or infect you. For the same reason, bring deodorant/air refresher for the bathroom, some form of sanitizing fluid or wipe, and keep in mind to check the bathroom for toilet paper before using it because the same people that don’t have access to showers do not exercise consideration to the customers who are using the cafe for cafe reasons (coffee, wifi, study), as opposed to using it for hygiene time. This is also great advice for most cafes in these areas with high density of individuals that are homeless and/or suffering from a lot of other things that the city does not care to take care of.“
