“I recently did a 3-day juice cleanse and the juice quality is really amazing. You can tell that it is made with care and with quality ingredients. I also could tell the ratios of the ingredients were spot on (not adding extra less expensive ingredients - cucumber for example - to fill the jars). The deep green of the juices shows that they were full of spinach, kale or other green ingredients! I really loved all of them and felt so good after the three days. “Great little spot in Kingston with delicious breakfast sandwiches and smoothies. The space is small and seating can be tight but you can order ahead. Our breakfast sandwiches were delicious. We had the country wrap and southwestern wrap. Both were flavorful and filling. I recommend this spot for a quick bite and delicious meal!“
