“What a spectacular hidden gem of a restaurant! I'll go anywhere for a good duck breast, this place absolutely delivered 110%. Right amount of char, the seasoning, and it was cooked to perfection. Smoked salmon and burrata apps were delicious. We couldn't be happier with the very attentive service, quaint atmosphere - and the food was really on point for such an unassuming location. Also, the hot rice pudding with golden raisins was fantastic, as close to grandmas recipe as I can remember coming across! Keep up the spectacular work!“

“Visited this restaurant after show at Bellport Playhouse. Very nice inside and the service was amazing. My husband enjoyed his Filet Mignon, he loved it! My meal on the other hand, chicken della casa was not good at all. The chicken was so bland I couldn't eat it. I should have sent back but didn't by that point I lost my appetite. I did order the dessert tiramisu which was really good. I would go back but next time I would try another dish.“

The weather was perfect and so was the winery for this being the first time they had this event.It was so nice to see all different types of Dachshunds and their people!It was worth the registration fee to let my dog and I enjoy the fun filled event!

The S’mores Bao was the perfect way to end the meal, with a crispy bao, perfectly toasted marshmallow, and melted chocolate. Overall, we had a great experience and can’t wait to come back. “Breakfast is our favorite meal and we eat out every morning. Due to an early morning doctor appointment, we bumped into Buttermilk’s Kitchen. Great vibe as soon as you walk in….friendly and cheerful staff, nice decor, immediate service. I had the “The ‘Ol Barnyard”…..the sausage gravy was excellent with big chunks of sausage and super flavorful…..probably the best I’ve had here in NY and most of the South!!! The bacon was high quality and very tasty. My perfect over easy eggs were so fresh (yes, I can taste the freshness and quality just by having a bite of the whites!). My husband had a “Create Your Own Omelette” and declared that is was a “work of art” (I was offended because I make a darn good omelette and he never said that to me!) We were concerned about the “hash browns” because that usually means just cubed and fried potatoes, so we were very pleasantly surprised at the delicious shredded and seasoned, crispy but soft hash browns. Our regular coffee was good and hot, and they offer several “craft” coffee options. The Banana Foster French toast looked delectable! The lunch menu looks good, as well. We’ll definitely be back.“

“I have loved everything I have eaten here. The only thing I am not a fan of is the pizza. Staff makes you feel like family. The dinning room is small yet spacious. Every time we eat there we end up talking to other tables. I drive quite a distance to eat here. If you go you have to try the baked clams. They only serve cherry stone clams. So so good.
