5 Best Cafes near Riverhead

“I went in today to try an iced latte called the Lavender Daze… 10 out of 10. If you are in Downtown Riverhead stop at Mugs On Main. I think they have food and brunch pastries, and cookies. They had samples of cookies today. The atmosphere is so nice. Nice lights hanging which makes it look kind of whimsical. I will definitely be going back again.. this is my kind of spot.“

“First time having Cafe Express Deli and LAWDDDDDDDDD let me tell you. 10/10. I ordered my food for delivery off of their fb page link. It got here right on the time it said it would. Everything was packed with care…. Never have I had such fresh tasting food delivered… everything was perfect temperature including my iced coffee. It’s like they handed it over the counter fresh.. We got an Egg salad sandwich, my 1yr devoured. Shocked he ate it all with as big as it is. It had to of been as delicious as it looked. one thing I noticed and love is they do not skimp on the toppings at all. I got a 3 cheese panini with spicy mayo, tomato and avocado and omg seriously new addiction. It was probably the best sandwich I’ve had in a VERY long time. We also got the tomato basil soup and the mozz ball soup (I think it’s called) soup was still very hot! Everything was decent portion size, they were very affordable. I really don’t know how else to explain how FRESH this food truly tasted. Everything was so delicious, if you have not tried them I strongly recommend, you can dine in, pick up or have it delivered. Seriously 10/10. I wanted to get more pics but it all smelled so good we ate it so fast and still have leftovers!!!!!“

“Much better experience than juice eternity. I called asking about the ingredients they use, the person on the phone answered my questions without any frustration or an attitude. She was very helpful. Definitely over juice eternity across the street for anyone who is conscious about the ingredients used and has allergies.“

“I had a really good first meal at this cafe and as a foodie I can tell it’s really good. Then I read some comments below and noticed Some people just like to complain for the silliest things. People assume when you’re in a restaurant you just assume things everything is handed to you with just standing there. Obviously it’s a self serve cafe, it doesn’t hurt to ask how to do business w them. I like going in and eating in places like these as it’s so easy to go in and out without having to wait. They serve great food here, and I was served fine and good, people just complain too much for silly things“
