“This is an amazing place. A little nondescript building with a gravel lot on Maple Lane in Bridgehampton, NY. It’s always busy. You’ll see workers, contractors, local folk, film directors and billionaires all in the same line to get some of the best coffee on earth. It’s a sight to behold.

They make the smoothest and tastiest Americano. My favorites to take home to grind are espresso and Bonacker. They bring in top notch pastries too on the morning. Get there early. They go quick.

When you’re there take a walk around and admire the artwork.

“The first time I tried the pretzel croissant I became addicted! All of their croissants are amazing... Their coffee is awesome too! So glad it opened in Southold. Lately, they've been making the pretzel croissants into egg sandwich which I'm sure is delicious too, but I prefer to ask for it alone :) Whoever is making these croissants, thank you Chef!!!!“

It’s a little further away from my parent’s house than some other options but we try to make it out here a couple times a year.

This time I got the corned beef hash and I loved it! They make their corned beef really crispy how I like and their potatoes are flavored really well! They also have super reasonable prices for the area.

They fill up quick so if recommend getting there on the earlier side if you are able to!“

Jaci was so accommodating and kind, the food was fantastic and the staff were attentive and very kind. It was so nice to have some of the burden lifted during such a difficult time. “Shinnecock Lobster Factory makes amazing lobster rolls! I ordered a warm, buttery “whale” roll. You could have ordered a small “dolphin,” a medium “shark,” or a large “whale” and the whale roll has the most lobster meat. The whale roll is more expensive but I think it was worth it. I bought a raspberry iced tea for my drink. There is only outdoor seating, including a grass area you can bring dogs. You order at the window and bring the food to the tables with benches. There is no indoor seating. The restaurant is a quick 5-minute drive from downtown Southampton. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be going back!“

“$20 for a sandwich in this economy is normal i guess. Honestly it’s worth it, really good hot grilled sandwich. I got them Milano and it was fire. The sandwich was made quickly and the service was nice. These sandwiches will make you wanna swim and dance in the sun. I hope that’s what you’re looking for. If you’re not, then you can go somewhere else. But the sandwich shop is truly a visionary Southampton spot.“
