Headed in here today as my normal Bagel Spot was closed for the holidays. It's been a while since I've been to this Bruegger's location and really any Bruegger's location. I do find it a little odd that they all have transitions to take out only as I think this would take a toll on sales as I believe a majority of their revenue would be coming from people who come in to dine. A lot of those places were usually packed and I'm sure those people spend more as they were sitting there....read full review

I used to work at one of the east side stores so every so often I like to go get a half dozen bagels because they freeze well. This store is pretty much just like the others. I only wish they were open an hour or two later because I work a later shift, but I understand why they're not.

Two times in a row my bagel has been messed up. I order a salt bagel with bacon, sausage, one egg, some butter and cheddar cheese. I paid for that. I received the first time a Salt Bagel with One egg, sausage and cheese. The second time I ordered I got a Salt Bagel with Bacon, one egg and cheese. I get it is early and people are waking up, but two times in a row?
