My absolute favorite bar to be at. I go every Wednesday for karaoke. The vibes are great. The people are friendly, the place is beautiful. They have events every day of the week so there’s always something you’ll like.
Sso Cool; what a Great Environment
My first time here was two weeks ago, and since then I’ve been a handful of times. I am sad to hear about the fire, but grateful that this place has so much support here in Rochester.
Tip your bartenders, treat them with respect, and they will treat you with respect too.

The spacious outdoor space has good awning coverage and a fire pit with wood available. The vibe is always energetic, and the inside is large enough for a quiet corner if needed. The bar is accommodating, with ground-level access to the main area, though the back has a slight step. Customers enjoy the good music, fun vibes, and the opportunity to meet new people, making it a favorite spot for both locals and visitors. The decor and setup give a sideshow bar feel, and the giant backyard adds to its appeal. The staff is excellent, very attentive and helpful, ensuring quick service. Whether stopping by for karaoke, live music, or just to hang out, Lux Lounge remains one of the best bars in Rochester, with free street parking and impressive Halloween decorations.
