I am new to Rochester and found this lunch spot while exploring downtown. I asked for their most popular lunch dish and had a paneer cheese, vegetable, and rice bowl with a mango lassi. Fresh, delicious, great spices, large portion, crisp veggies. And, mango can never be wrong. The cashier was friendly, chatty, and not in a hurry when I had questions. I can't wait to try the Indian tacos next.

You've gotta try Nani's. We got two orders of Thali - absolutely delicious. Perfect veggies, amazing sauce, tender as all get out chicken. I also love that Nani's became the first area restaurant to unionize - with the support and encouragement of the owner. So delicious food prepared by awesome, supported staff. Check it out!
