I’m surprised by the other reviews because we think this is one of the best Salvatore’s in Rochester! The food is always really good and we appreciate that the sauce is vegan and there are gluten free options (makes it an easy choice when we’re buying for groups). 👍👍
If you need a pizza by 6 order by 3 and call to verify your number so they can start it. I waited 30 mins to head there and had to wait another $45 mins, I have 6 kids so that was crazy for me. No reasonable compensation and a rude attitude from the manager Tito who yelled report me from the back. Mind you I didn’t fuss or say anything after being told additional time was needed (3 times. They didn’t pick up the phone when I called so I ordered in person and waiting for the pizza felt like forever.
It’s good pizza but it’s not great pizza. The salad had really fresh greens but the dressing options are disappointing. Salvatore’s will never be nothing more than a basic pizza joint without a good house vinaigrette…ironically they had a Modena balsamic vinegar bottle for sale too… maybe they cut back on the plastic bags of dressing and upgrade the...read full review
