Starbucks in Rochester

“I really appreciate the kindness and enthusiasm from the employees. I was having a tough day and was waiting for my order, and the nicest barista walked my order over to me. Small acts of kindness matter in this world, and this Starbucks knows what's up!“

“I occasionally go to this Starbucks and it’s always great service, this morning I ordered ahead for pick up and when I walked in all the staff was super friendly and said good morning! When I got to work I saw that they had written “slay diva” on my cup and honestly it made my day! Thank you!“

“We appreciate that this neighborhood Starbucks regularly opens on time, that staff is courteous and pleasant, and that portions are generous. Some of the negative comments left by others seem to be endemic to the Starbucks experience rather than this store in particular. Constructive suggestion: I’d recommend the rethinking of seating to allow for one or two 4-seat tables that are not exclusively reserved for persons with disabilities. Although we tend to drink coffee with a posse, the seating issue wasn’t enough for me to drop this down a star, though I would welcome feedback about any imminent management plans to tweak the seating!“

“Every Starbucks is different but a lot of places create a great environment, Pennfield on route 441 is the best one I have been too, followed by; Irondequoit, NY, and Mt Hope Avenue, NY route 15? However competitive places have been getting better and providing great coffee at lower prices.... Food is always consistent but prices are ridiculous for the portion size, so that's why I only rated it a 3. Buy a French press from Starbucks for home, with it's protective covering it prevents easy breakage by all glass units from popular brands.... I look at Starbucks as more of a treat.“

“Nice clean store with good space for customers and great parking. Service was excellent BUT please don’t do staff appraisals next to paying customers, it was. Avery uncomfortable experience and we left as soon as we consumed the food. To be clear, staff and manager were friendly but just very inappropriate to do this LOUDLY right next us.“

“It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five star rating.“

“Great. . . Location.... Love that they have lots of options for cups :) !!!!Good, fast, Friendly, service ! I'd definitely get a drink here again at this location while I shop around Target with my husband and children:)I love that they have lots of cup options! I always grab a drink here while I shop around Target ? . The staff is always fast and friendly :):) I do wish though, that they still had the lemon bread / cake slices like they used to. Maybe as the pandemic slows down; they'll bring back more of their menu items. :)“

“To be honest... Didn't care for Starbucks, when I first started getting Coffee from there. But... I FINALLY found a Coffee(Sumatra) that I Enjoy and definitely will NOT stop drinking until the day I go go. Lol. Both of my Daughter's love your summer drinks and my little one LOVES the Cake-Pops. Definitely Need to create some NEW FLAVORS because she is getting bored of the current flavors. Overall, 5-Stars from my end.“

“This is the best starbucks in Rochester. They never mess up my order. It usually two women in there, they do a wonderful job and are so friendly. There was a gentleman working the other day and he did a great job also. I choose this starbucks over other when Im in Greece“

“I love this Starbucks. The staff are always so friendly. I have been going through a rough time, and I noticed on my cup the barista wrote "you rock". You have no idea how much that means to me. I am so glad to have this Starbucks in my community. Thank you 💗“

Parking: There was plenty of parking there and I loved it cuz my car got

Kid-friendliness: I liked it because they had young teenagers working showing them the ropes and kids were in there and they you know we played for it happy thank you“

“The two gentlemen working 11/12/21 (Josh and someone that I didn’t catch a name) were EXCELLENT. Josh helped me pick a great drink and the other gentlemen made it so yummy! That’s for being so nice to someone who doesn’t usually drink coffee.“

“The only issues I have had going through the drive thru is that sometimes they do not get special requests correct (switch in water for lemonade). Today, I went inside for the first time. It was extremely busy (expected). What I didn't expect was for the group in front of me not to have their order after 15 minutes of waiting. I had to walk out after paying to make it to work on time. I guess doing mobile orders is more important than filling orders of people actually physically there because that never dropped below 5 finished orders. SMH.“

“We have stopped in at this Starbucks several times, in March on our first visit to RIT, and then again this past week to move our daughter into her dorm. This is by far the best Starbucks we have ever been to: the baristas are always very friendly, they are efficient, and overall this is a really nice Starbucks. We’ll definitely return in December when we go to bring our girl home for Christmas break.“
