“This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to! Every single time I order a sandwich, they make it completely different that what I ordered. I am always very pleased to find out that I didn't get what I ordered and that they just seem to take incentive and make my sandwich how they feel like. They always keep me second-guessing myself, and I get pleasantly surprised by trying new things that I would never order myself! Just the other day, I ordered a double cheese with 2 extra patties, lettuce, tomato, and extra pickles and onions with light mayo. They gave me a double cheese with bacon, no lettuce or onions, no extra patties, 2 pickles and bacon with extra mayo. And I loved it! 10 stars!“

“I’ve passed by this spot so many times but never gave it a shot. Today was the day, and I’m glad I finally did. I ordered the plain double smashed burger because I always like to try it plain first. No sauces, no extras. I want to see if the burger can stand on its own or if it's hiding behind toppings. This one didn’t need to hide. It was full of flavor, juicy, and cooked just right. I used to drive all the way downtown for a great burger, but now I’ve found one right here on Flatlands. No need to travel anymore. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Classic Brooklyn joint serving one of the best roast beef sandwiches in town! But I would have to say the western burger also packs a solid punch. You can’t go wrong with any of the items here honestly. But our go to’s are always the roast beef sandwich, western beef burger, crown fritters, chicken wings, and orangeade drink! You also have the option to put cheese on anything! If you have a young one, ask one of the cashiers for a free ballon. If happens to be your birthday, you get to spin the giant wheel for a chance to win $5-$20 prize for next time use. Also, if you spend more than $45 per order, you can get a free pizza. The inside dining area seems like it’s still stuck in the 1990s, but I’m fine with that!“

“Best thing that ever happened to Rego Park in a while. I missed the days Taco Bell was still at QCM. I’m so glad there’s finally a closer Taco Bell. The location is very clean. Service is also fast. The restaurant itself doesn’t really get crowded since most people order for delivery. They’re consistent with making the food (I’ve ordered from here at least 20 times already), and they’re open until 3am sometimes! Please never ever close 🙏 because where else would I get Baja Blast freeze and $3 loaded beef nachos within walking distance?!?“

“Valentine's Day at White Castle was a bucket list experience I had been trying to achieve for years and it was totally worth it! They do a great job of making it a true experience from cloth tablecloths, roses and a photo op. We would definitely do it again and everyone should experience it at least once!“

The server answered any questions I had and has a very friendly and approachable demeanor.Coming from the Island background of Jamaica I tried the Curry chicken wrap. It was so good, it didn't need no sauce. The server recommended the Butter chicken, and I came back 2 hours later to try it and he remembered my order. The food is freshly made to order. I had the Oreo Waffles with saucy tenders. While they overdid it with the Oreos which made the waffle very sweet, the waffle itself was tasty. The tenders were great, they put adequate amount of sauce and the chicken was tender.
Co-worker had wings and fries which he gave rave review for.

“My BF and I came in around 4:30 on Tuesday afternoon. We were greeted so nicely by Dashawn, he made us feel very welcome. I got a CBR add jalapeños and a roast beef sammy. BOTH were SO GOOD! Dashawn then checked on us and asked how everything was. He proceeded to greet every single person that walked through the door like this. Probably the best service I have ever received at a fast casual restaurant, this is my New Jersey Mikes. Keep it up, Dashawn and someone give this man a highly deserved raise.“

My main complaint is the chicken still has fatty parts or is not being cooked throughly, two separate occasions I haven’t been able to eat it without feeling like im chewing on a tire and then spitting it out. Their spicy fried chicken is hands down some of the best I’ve ever had: crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite hits just right, and the spice level is perfect, not too overwhelming but definitely brings the heat. (I love spicy food :))

What really makes this place stand out, though, is the customer service. Deep and his team are absolutely incredible. Deep is always so kind, professional, and genuinely sweet — you can tell he really cares about making sure every customer leaves happy. He goes above and beyond, every time.
