“This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to! Every single time I order a sandwich, they make it completely different that what I ordered. I am always very pleased to find out that I didn't get what I ordered and that they just seem to take incentive and make my sandwich how they feel like. They always keep me second-guessing myself, and I get pleasantly surprised by trying new things that I would never order myself! Just the other day, I ordered a double cheese with 2 extra patties, lettuce, tomato, and extra pickles and onions with light mayo. They gave me a double cheese with bacon, no lettuce or onions, no extra patties, 2 pickles and bacon with extra mayo. And I loved it! 10 stars!“

“The Jerk chicken platter and hot wings make this halal stand out compared to others. Always have to get one or the other. The fried fish is amazing as well. The Halal eats burger is fine dining quality.
The portions is outstanding for the price. Never been disappointed with any item.
There is a wait time for items that are not a platter due to being made fresh to order so be prepared for that.
I hope this place keeps its quality and stays open forever.

Parking: The store front is located on a corner with both sides being a no-standing bus stop. But it is Queens so of course if you’re just going to pick up the food it’s perfectly fine. But during busy times those spots may be taken which leads to parking all the way down by Dunkin’ Donuts or in the parking lot of Stop & Shop across the street.
I’be never had an issue but something to be aware of if you’re not from the area.“

“I came here expecting a similar experience to Pomme Frites and was sadly disappointed. While Frites is in the name, this establishment is focused a lot more on meals beyond just fries (like burgers). That’s not a bad thing, I was just hoping for something a little more specific. The Frites in question were okay. A little overcooked and crispy, but perfectly good enough to soak up the alcohol after a trip to nearby Sunken Harbor. The dipping sauce options were limited to a handful, but solid. The location has a few tables in the front. I wouldn’t call this a place where you would want to chill out, but it served its purpose. They also had fancy lemonades, which was a bonus.

Kid-friendliness: No reason why you couldn’t bring your child here. Just know that there isn’t a ton of seating.“

“Stopped here on a whim. My wife and I were going over to Texas Chicken and Burgers across the way for tenders, but saw the sign for this establishment and decided to come inside. We were rewarded by the very friendly service and great food. We got chicken over rice platters and an order of 4 lemon pepper tenders. Let me say that the amount of food they give you for $9.95, is greater that what one of the more visible Halal chains give you for $14.95. And it was just as good, if not better. The fried chicken tenders are amazing! They came out hot, fresh and were HUGE. Much bigger and less expensive than at the Wingstop a few blocks down the street.

“This place is great for a late night run. It is a nostalgic local favorite. It feels like it's straight out of the 70's or 80's.

The server answered any questions I had and has a very friendly and approachable demeanor.Coming from the Island background of Jamaica I tried the Curry chicken wrap. It was so good, it didn't need no sauce. The server recommended the Butter chicken, and I came back 2 hours later to try it and he remembered my order. The food is freshly made to order. We had Halal chicken over rice, which was great (and not too salty, as many of the food carts are). The fries that came with it were good. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options such as felaffel over rice. I'm not sure how the fries are cooked, but I think they were cooked only in oil, so they should be good, too. The salad is vegetarian.“

They need to fix the pricing on UE because when you choose a protein for the fried rice with wings it charges u for 2 orders. Also they dont tell you there's eggs in the rice.
