Caracas Arepa Bar is located on the boardwalk next to the restrooms and near Rockaway beach. The arepas are incredible, not too greasy or overly salty, with creative flavors and fresh ingredients. They are a great beach snack. The special sauce is also cracked and amazing. The restaurant has vegan options and a dessert option, with huge portions for sides like fries. There is live music and great live entertainment. The line can get long but moves quickly. The staff is courteous and friendly, though the service is just ok. The space is described as kinda ugly with tacky chipping dirty green paint. It is considered expensive for what you get.
