“Retro is a great spot for some delicious sandwiches, chicken fingers, fries and more!It definitely has the feel of a late night spot, with graffiti covered walls and decor, with a mix of wooden tables and metal seats, serving up some solid food.The seasoned fries are spectacular, and the chicken fingers are fresh, crispy, and delicious. They have a few different great sauce options. My favorite was the Pink Sauce, which was like a ketchup and garlic mayonnaise combo.The service was fantastic. The guy took his time to talk me through all of the options and choices, and made some recommendations which helped a lot. The food is made fresh, so it did take about 15-20 minutes for it to come out, so just be ready for that.Overall, definitely a great place to check out on your next night out in RVC.“

Definitely a bit of a wait for the food, so I do recommend calling a head of time for pick up but it will be worth it. The staff members are so kind and there customer service is beyond ordinary. “I went to pick up my online order on a Sunday evening and the place wasn’t busy, but there were a few customers dining in. My order was ready on time, BUT, two of the six sauces that I requested (two orders of three different sauces) weren’t in the bag. I should’ve checked my bag before leaving, but oh well.I ordered two 1/2 chicken meals, a small side of plantains, and churros. Everything had a good flavor. My favorite was the yuca. Although it was more dense than I’m accustomed to, the season and flavor made up for any shortcomings. I added a bit of their cilantro lime sauce to it and that made it even better. I heard that it’s also good with their chimichurri.I would try Cookoo Rico again, but I probably wouldn’t use an online order app due to the pricing difference.Parking: I don’t know if they sometimes have issues with people frequenting other local businesses and using their parking lot, but I did see signs on several spaces that mention 24-hour parking surveillance. I'll buy again.I bought the bogo offer dumplings. It's sad but most korean fried chicken spots are not making their own dumplings but are now using bibigo's freezer section dumplings. That said, they're good dumplings but I eat these exact types at home already.“
“I got the medium spice and lemon pepper sliders. The Lemon pepper was seasoned really well and tasted amazing while the medium spice slider didn’t have any flavor whats so ever. You could only taste the slaw, sauce and pickles. I’d say if you want a kick get the hot. For the chicken it self, it’s juicy and tender. The fries are average even though they are seasoned. If I was around the area I would get it again. It ain’t no Dave’s chicken.7/10“
“Had Campero Bowl and Jamaica drink for lunch. Tasted great. The drink you self serve and get cup after you pay. They bring the food to you where you are sitting. You also leave it at the table when you leave. The food and drink calories are also listed. First time visiting and would recommend.“
“This was maybe my second or third time ordering here. I’ve always passed the restaurant and thought nothing of it until someone wanted bubble tea and asked to go here. That was my first time stepping into Dango. I didn’t realize there was food. I have to say: hands down best customer service ever. The honey pineapple chicken was my favorite. I always add extra rice cake with it. Their rice dishes are great too. For the price, you do get a lot of food. I haven’t tried everything on the menu but from what I have tried, I can’t say anything bad about anything I’ve ordered. I’ll always go back for that honey pineapple chicken but do give their other dishes a try. Want a little mild or spicy? They got that too for their grandma chicken. They are my go-to for something close by.“

I go mostly on Sunday mornings, and I call my order in, and it's usually ready when I get there. Whoever is there is pretty friendly. “I am a vegetarian person who doesn't cook any meat nor boil eggs at home. I have a small puppy at home. I requested them to make me some boiled mince lamb with only tumeric for my puppy which they did give me even though they dont make it for pets. It was made w/o any spices,it was just plain boiled lamb with some tumeric.My puppy really enjoyed her meal. I really appreciate the helpful staff and the chef who went above n beyond to make my puppy happy. I always thought that they make only non vegetarian food but was surprised to see that they also make vegetarian food too. I am ordering Rajma chawal along with some chaats for me today.
