“Marbella continues to be a Bayside gem, it never disappoints. From the delicious sangria, to the great appetizers and main courses, the menu offers great choices. I try different dishes every time but my staple is always the Paella Valenciana, sometimes with added lobster, sometimes not, depending on what else was ordered. The service is excellent, and makes for a complete worthwhile experience! Salud! 🥂“

“My boyfriend came here in a rush to just find something quick to eat and saw it while we were driving by. Waitress was very kind, she stacked our plates up with food. Price was very fair, food tasted amazing & flavorful. A gem in this neighborhood.“

“My daughter and I found ourselves in this neck of the woods, and we luckily stumbled upon Tres Diamantes [Three Diamonds]! Our server, Darleny, was warm, welcoming and sweetly tolerated my attempts to speak in Spanish. Everyone else also appeared friendly and efficient as they catered to the other patrons; most of whom, if not all, were clearly regulars. The restaurant and bar area were airy and festive, the restrooms tidy and clean. Darleny brought us guacamole, which, interestingly and in true Salvadorian tradition, was made with hard-boiled eggs. The guac was perfectly balanced and delicious; if it was a larger serving, I could have made a meal out of it and a beer or two! We also ordered ceviche [fresh and tasty], beef stew [authentic as heck], and yummy pupusas. As others have stated, a 20% service charge was automatically added to our bill, and if paying with a credit card, an additional 3% “processing fee” will be levied.
We enjoyed our meals, the service, and the atmosphere. I look forward to returning and suggest you give them a try sometime.“

“This used to be my go-to spot for takeout. The portion sizes are generous—definitely enough to hold you over until the next day. They offer a solid variety, including fish, chicken, and more.
I wasn’t crazy about my most recent experience, though. I recently stopped eating chicken and beef, so for the first time, I tried their salmon. I ordered salmon with rice and two sides—plantains and macaroni salad. All of these items were familiar to me from previous visits, except for the salmon.
Don't get me wrong—the portion was huge—but the salmon just wasn’t that flavorful. What really caught me off guard was the price: $31. I’ve never paid more than $14 here before. The price point always matched the food... until now.
That said, aside from this last visit, my experiences here have always been pleasant.“

“Super nice and old fashion service! The way life use to be where you felt served and treated nice! I had eggplant Parmesan For lunch. Yum! My friend had a chicken sandwich. Both were good size portions. If I was not traveling, I would have taken leftovers. The Restroom was clean, staff very attentive, atmosphere elegant. 🫶🏽
I hope to return next visit to NYC“

“Great Food, exceptional service and margaritas to die for! Our group of four has been dying to find a good Mexican restaurant (we have tried many)and 5 De Mayo did not disappoint. From our server, to our "Guacamole Girl" to the owner Roberto who came to our table to check in and offer dessert and/or a shot (free of charge), we could not have found a better hidden gem. We will not have to try another Mexican Restaurant as long as 5 De Mayo is around!“

“A Salvadoran food place... very clean and the food is very delicious. Fried yucca with chicharrones I recommend it 100%. Pupusas... the sea and land tray my favorite. The food is delicious. It is a place where you can enjoy with family and children and there is a secluded place where they can play pool, super cool for men and they also have a bar. In case you go alone or alone. Nice very nice place
Parking: On the day of an event it is difficult to find but there is parking on the side and in front of the restaurant
Kid-friendliness: If children can go to eat. Sometimes I have taken my 2 children, ages 5 and 8. Obio we eat and we leave. Because then they get bored and want to run and I don't like to bother others who come to eat either.“

“The Absolute Best Dominican Restaurant in Nassau County! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lucas Dominican Restaurant is hands down the most delicious and flavorful spot in Nassau County! Every single bite is an explosion of authentic Dominican goodness, from their perfectly seasoned pernil to the mouthwatering mofongo that melts in your mouth. Their portions are generous, their service is warm and welcoming, and the food is always fresh and made with love.
I often order for my team at Luxurious Beauty Studios, and they absolutely love it. The quality and consistency are unmatched! Whether I’m bringing my family for a sit-down meal or grabbing takeout for the spa, Lucas never disappoints. The arroz con habichuelas, tender pollo guisado, and tostones are simply perfection.
If you’re looking for real Dominican flavors, home-cooked quality, and a restaurant that treats you like family, Lucas Dominican Restaurant is THE place to go! Five stars are not enough—I’d give them ten if I could! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“If you are looking for a local hole-in-the-wall with extraordinary home cooked hot food, look no further. I had the brisket today and it was out of this world - so tender it melts in your mouth. Exceptionally seasoned and juicy. Nieves the friendly proprietor will give you a free sample to try before you buy. I can't believe I didn't go here earlier. Will be going back for seconds and thirds.“

“I work at the local school and didn’t know this place existed for the longest time until my coworker was eating the food and it looked delicious. I don’t eat meat so I got the fried fish, rice and beans and plantain. Omg it was incredible. On Fridays they make a seafood bisque soup that’s just as good and apparently very popular. Friendly workers too. My go-to place for lunch take out now.“

Had lunch everyday here and I always got the ceviche. Excellent! Guillermo is an amazing host and a great guy. Lara, his daughter was a great hostess as well. Loved this place and it made me feel at home.“
