“Food is always consistently delicious. I’ve ordered their food but when I’m on the go, I order their mix pupusas. And let me tell you, these people don’t mess around. They make sure everything is fresh. The tomato sauce is nice and thick. The cabbage taste crispy fresh. The restaurant itself is nice inside with lots of seating availability. This is the type a spot I recommend you try.“

“I really liked this baking and cooking business, they have a variety of foods and various pastry products, the cakes look beautiful, the service was very good, the young woman who assisted us was friendly as was the staff there, They have juices and sodas, carrot cakes, chocolate, tres leches, suspiros, mantecados with chocolate chips and various sprinkles. I could see the place clean and organized, you can eat in it, it is very nice“

“There’s something that has been causing me secondhand embarrassment every time I pay with a card here. They pressure you to tip even if you order for pickup. We all know why you require signatures on receipts; it is a form of manipulation for tipping. Please top.

And just in case you guys try to justify this, there's a lot of restaurants that doesn't required it. And here is the irony, they only required my to sign the receipt if a I leave tips.

I'm talking about pickup orders, so is not about me complaining about paying the salary of the waitresses, because their patrons don't valued them and exploit them.“

“I was so excited to spend my birthday at Leticia's. The food and service were fine, and the atmosphere seemed lively enough, but the night ended in total heartbreak. My husband had specifically arranged for a sweet birthday surprise—a simple dessert and a song—and the hostess completely forgot. Watching the night end in absolute silence without even a mention of my birthday was devastating. It completely ruined what should have been a special moment. Remind the hostess or server several times about anything special you want yo do.“

Both the indoor space and the garden are beautiful and have such a warm, inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner inside, and later moved to the garden to continue the evening and enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting. The entire place was also very clean and well maintained. “Went on a friday evening in which Flamenco was playing we made reservations and was seated promptly. Nice decor and vibrant restaurant located in the Best Western hotel. We got the prefix meal and a bottle of wine. Everything was excellent starting with service and following with the food. Entertainment was also on point we had a harpist to beging the evening followed by flamenco couple accompanied by live singer and musician. I enjoyed my evening and appreciated have a cultured dinner close to my home. The maitre d Juan Giovanni always checked upon us to make sure we were okay. Definitely a hidden gem in Queens.“
