“Busy place when we visited for weekday lunch. What a selection of sandwiches. Fast service, fresh ingredients, great tasting hand-helds. Even the small sides of fries & tots are large servings. Mostly take-out orders. Couple of tables in and couple out. It's going to take a while to sample even half of their extensive menu, but I look forward to it.“

“I just ordered the Ballfield-Chicken Cutlet, Bacon, Melted Swiss, Onion Rings, Russian dressing on Garlic Hero , It was the best Hero I have had in a long time. It was packed with Cutlets and was so filling I ate half then a few hours later ate the other half. I will def go back for another order soon.“

“Great convenience store/ deli. They have a little of everything in there. Delicious sandwiches with generous portions on fresh bread and a wide selection of snacks and beverages, including wine and beer. Staff is friendly and service was fast.“

“I've been getting my salads from Lake Deli for many years. I use to live in Medford now in Bohemia. It's over 45 minutes round trip but this is the only place that has the best salads I've tried other Delis. Just not the same. My sister loved them too whenever I went to Pennsylvania I had to bring 2 or more lbs.of potatoes“

“What can I say this is one of the better delis I've been to. Good quality food, the chef knows what he's doing, the prices for some things are above average and for some things it's below average but it doesn't matter. When the food is this good, you don't mind paying a little bit more.“

“Love Yaroa, hate driving to the city. The best Yaroa wasn’t in the city though, it’s a 15 min drive from me at bueno deli 2 🩷 just like they make them in the DR :)
Also noticed they carry a lot of Dominican products I can’t find at other stores! So glad to have found this place while door dashing“

“Stopped for a quick bite on the way to an appointment. Let’s just say it was the best stop ever! Service was amazing! Food was amazing! Just was going to grab egg sandwich’s! Which by the way come with homemade ice tea, lemonade or oj, come to find out a very nice gentleman had come out from the back and said next time we come we need to try the empanadas! He had just made them and well we can’t say no to an empanada fresh made!!! Well let’s just say they barely made it to the car, had to go back in and let him know how good they were!! Everything was delicious and we will most definitely be back!! Filling and delicious!!“

The ultimate morning treat. Flawless. Simple yet scrumptious and attentively managed. A spot where they'll recognize you. I'll continue returning. My toddler had his inaugural BEC here. “I've been addicted to their homemade macaroni salad since the late '90's at the Middle Island store. The Selden store is the same. Don't know how they make it but it's honestly, the best I ever had. I've told them, PLEASE do not change the formula or i'd have to go to Macaroni Salad rehab. lol“

“Whenever it is takeout the food is DELICIOUS, even though the owners are Dominican, the cooks are from Hidalgo, Mexico and their Mexican food is top quality and good seasoning and the price is regular, it really is not that expensive for how delicious it is. this!!! ??, I RECOMMEND IT!!!“

“THIS place has the best bagels and cream cheese ever. My favorite go to is the whole wheat toasted with the walnut raisin cream cheese it’s my absolute favorite. I come here every weekend with my dad sometimes more to just get it and I love it with a passion. The staff here are so so kinda mad amazing as well.“

“We catered my son’s Graduation party and the food was absolutely delish! Good portions, kind friendly staff My only disappointment was that when the food was delivered the eggplant was not hot at all … just barely warm, however it was tasty even if it wasn’t hot!“

“Small bodega with an variety of latina food. I have been here about 4 times the food has always been good, affordable and better than most others I have tried. The owner has always been pleasant as well as the cook. If you want Latina food that's affordable dont hesitate to drop by.P.s due to the area...expect some???? ???? happy individuals hanging outside.“

“I dont know if its their signature sandwich but my folks have been taking me to The Wunderbar for breakfast sandwiches for years. I always get 2 eggs over medium with bacon and cheese. They are very consistent, always delicious and use about a pound of bacon per sandwich. I look forward to it every time I visit.“

“This place is owned by a sweetheart of a man,his kitchen guy Darrin is great also .The. Major problem is the help ,Brianna is horrible,along with another women the one that where's her hair up with blond streaks.There rude to the customers and also there own helpers,I have never in my life have come across such offensive. Uneducated people .also Corrine is a sweetheart.But it's sad that this guy has to employe these people he can't find any help he deserves better .Like I said he is a great guy.And he makes great food on that grill.Best of luck Jesse...“

“Got a boars head buffalo chicken cheddar Munster and pickles on a roll and it was A++++ the girls behind the counter made sure not to make the pickles touch the bread so it didn’t get soggy and the sandwich was incredible. Highly recommend friendly staff and food made exactly to order how you want it.“

Cool little shop.
Best of all the worker who rang me up seemed to get a chuckle helping out the security who were sticking it to the a-holes making a fuss over at the beer distributor up the road.
