“very very poor customer service today probably not the only one who has dealt with this issue. went through the drive thru to order my lunch. but the employee who was taking my order was very unprofessional an nasty . bad attitude. will not be returning to this location. all the years KFC been in Rome NY an never once did I run in to this issue. needs to be spoken to or fired since this young lady doesn't know what customer service is.“

This location has been through some changes and is now pretty good. Food comes out hot, service is friendly and the deals are great. Inside the restaurant is pretty clean and bathroom was not bad. Management is doing better than in past year. Go on over and give them a try or another shot if you stopped going there, you will be surprised.“
