“We went to Spresso’s for the first time. The staff member at the register named Molly was very friendly by greeting us promptly upon entering. Other staff members were helpful with answering menu item questions. I did find out that they have Swiss water process decaf and they get their coffee from DCR in Washington, D.C. The barista Cassie made a fantastic decaf latte. The place has a great vibe, nice layout, and pleasant music.“

“I went in and Mike simply said said good I'm not in a hurry give him a hand. No hesitation I did but I know he was actually helping me by giving me a a way to feel helpful. He pays attention being I've stated I'm 50 kids grown on their own and I'm feeling not helpful so by Mike doing that he knew I'd feel better going home. Thank you Mike. We helped each other cause one hand washes each other. I appreciate the things you do for me when I'm short on cash and letting me go. I'm from a small city in Northern NY and the people at that establishment could definitely use some customer service training but other than that it's definitely a go to for a quick breakfast and or coffee to get on the road!!!

“This is the only Starbucks in the 315 I will patronize anymore. I have never had a long wait. My mobile order is always ready when I get there. I have never had any issues with an incorrect order. I go in pretty early in the morning and all the staff are so cheerful and welcoming while I'm still foggy from sleep.“
