“What a gem for Portchester! The wife and a had a few drinks as well as shared a bunch of items. Any place that has this selection of roasted veggies is a keeper. They tried to sell us on their steaks but we weren't in the mood. The Lamb Merguez was delicious as was the Harissa Beef.“

“So happy I decided not to go home and cook. I live close by and wanted to try this restaurant for so long. I finally did it. I had the tortilla soup and the flautas. And of course chips with salsa and guacamole. Everything was delicious! Staff was super friendly and attentive. Ambiance is very nice and the music… I was singing and dancing waiting for my food. “I was with some friends for a bit of a reunion. I honestly did not know what to expect from Haven but all I can say is that it is a wonderful, friendly and cozy place. The lite bites were all tasty, but the tap list, the whisky...and whiskey list were outstanding, but the cocktails...oh my! Everyone in our party thought the cocktails were truly outstanding, different, and creative. And priced fairly. I have paid more at several places for cocktails that were nowhere as good as at Haven. The owners are delightful and made us feel at home and next time I find myself in Port Chester, forget anywhere else...I know where I am going. Thanks Haven!“

“One of the best Ramen Bars I’ve ever been to. The flavors across the menu are unreal. The Spicy Miso Ramen w/ Pork Belly in particular was one of the best soup broths I’ve ever tasted. The service staff could not have been more friendly and courteous. The quaint setting and atmosphere lend themselves to almost feel like sitting at one big family style dinner table.“

“HMCC is an incredibly underrated restaurant. Perhaps it’s due to the golf course being a predominant feature of this site, but the Social Kitchen and Bar shouldn’t be disregarded. Why more folks haven’t visited this restaurant is unknown to me. This is at least the fifth meal I’ve had here over the course of two years, and I’m delightfully impressed by the layers of flavors in every dish. The red cabbage coleslaw adds a refreshing break from the deep fried chicken breast that is the crunchy, juicy, star of the sandwich (as it should be). Even more unexpected is the slice of pickled green tomato added in lieu of the typical pickle topping - this seemingly benign addition to the sandwich adds a burst of light vinegar to cut through the richness of the other ingredients and brings it all together. Folks should frequent this spot, as the menu changes with the season and you never know what creative culinary creations the chef will introduce.“

“I’m definitely giving this place five stars. Service was fine. The food was well above average. I can easily say the gnocchi was the best I’ve ever had and there’s no distant second in sight. The peanut butter chocolate mousse was good but it had a lot more chocolate than PB taste. I did notice one review complained about the smell. I think the men’s room was cleaned with straight vinegar. A little weird, but no big deal.“
