Shame on me for ordering a second time from west ave pizza after the first time was over an hour late and ice cold.
Placed order online and estimated delivery time was 1 hour 30 minutes, for estimated arrival at 7:15. Was ok with that. 8 pm and order still not received.
Unhinged behavior by delivery driver. After the food was already 25 minutes late, we called the restaurant to check on the status. The person who answered said the driver “couldn’t find the house.” I went outside and walked into the middle of the street, and I could clearly see a car parked a few hundred yards up the road laying on the horn.
I got back on the phone and was told the driver was “in front of the house.” He definitely was not…

Waited 90 minutes for a delivery through GrubHub and when I contacted customer service, the restaurant completely falsified a delivery attempt and an attempt to contact me. I have no text, my phone didn't ring and I've never ever had an issue like this when ordering thru GH. I would never order from them again through the app or independently because they fabricated an attempt to contact. Shameful.
