“We recently had a wedding in the area and Hudson Valley Dessert Company was the perfect choice for our wedding cake and dessert. They provided an excellent level of service at the tasting, conducting delivery, and throughout the process. We wanted to do a unique cake and the bakers were thrilled with the opportunity to flex their creativity and skills. They worked closely with our venue to ensure the logistics of the cake would work and we completely trusted that everything would go well. Our guests were so impressed by the cake and the other desserts. We had cannolis, pecan squares, and gluten free brownies. Everything was delicious. We found that we got really great value and highly recommend them for others looking to order their wedding cake from the area.“

“I've eaten at the Four Brothers in Pleasant Valley and was not at all impressed. But I did order a dinner there. This time we ordered a pizza and I have to say it was very good. The crust was on the thicker side and slightly chewy. I thought it was very good. We ordered half pepperoni and half cheese only. I prefer the pepperoni but that's just me. For pizza, it's very good. This Bread is absolutely amazing and really is similar to a boule that you would buy in the store. I recommend the olive and rosemary 1000% over and over again.
