“Quality had gone down hill since they switched owners !! I asked for no onions i get home I have onions on my sub . They are not even cutting the subs in half. I've ordered subs from these guys twice and the subs are never cut in half.“

“If you're ever here I hope you deal with Ashley. Had an order set for 7:15pm we had added something to the order about 10 mins after we hit the check out and as I got there she was in BOSS mode. Orders flying out there door, she was polite, prompt and hustling in there. There was confusion in the kitchen with some of the orders but she figured it out and got 3 customers out the door satisfied. Food was hot, fresh and right on time for when I walked in. I truly appreciate the effort. Great job and great staff“

“This job is very stressful especially at night. The girl working the drive thru handles herself very well and doesn’t let it get to her. I used to do this job so I know just how stressful this can be especially on the closing shift. These corporations want to squeeze as much as they can out of as little as possible. Their only concern is profit and drive thru times. They send everyone home to cut labor costs and expect 3 people to accommodate late night rushes. One person in drive thru, one person making food and one manager. Then they complain when their drive thru times are through the roof. You can’t expect 3 people to run a restaurant and get their closing tasks done on time so you can save on your labor. If you come to any one of these places at night and you wonder why you’re sitting in drive through for 20 plus minutes, just know that 99.9 percent of the time it’s not the employees fault. They are stretched thin to the max. It’s the greedy corporations that run these places. Hang in there yall are doing what you can.“

“I went in today and the girl Robin who was working was so fantastic and nice and the gentlemen that was working! They were so friendly singing with the music and just made the experience so nice! Not to mention Robin made my sub so great and perfect I will definitely be going back to see both of them! Nice to see that there are great spirited workers in town who love their job!“

“I went in for a sub, kid was about to go on break and made me a sub, as I’m leaving two people walked in and kind of harassed the kid while he was on break I feel awful, tipped him 5 bucks for the troubles being he couldn’t get a break, it’s unfortunate.“

“This Waterford location made my day! I wasn’t having the best day and picked up my daughter from school and went to the closest McDonalds. Staff was great,food was great, and the location was actually super clean. The manager Marwa, was super patient with my daughter (who took so long to decide what she wanted) she gave us suggestions when we didn’t know what to get and I’m so glad I trusted her! Food was great, costumer service was a 10/10!!“

“I’ve come here a few times, but today was totally different. I was in line and an elderly gentleman in front of me collapses! He went unresponsive and a skinny brunette lady who works there runs over and performs CPR saving his life! Truly an amazing worker who is a hero. Food was just okay though there was a hard crunch in my cookie so I had to throw it out“

“At a person who lives here in Mechanicville and gets food from here often this place really is a nice place to eat on a good day. The staff working is usually pretty friendly especially Stephen, Levi, Tom, and Caleb. Sometimes they can be packed and it does effect the workplace and stress. But overall it's not that bad of a place. Just gotta focus more on getting orders right and staying on top of things. Also fix the machines lol. I would like a frappe soon.“

“Subway located in the Schagticoke shopping mall, provides a clean, well maintained, supplier of healthy diet choices at a reasonable cost.During a medical emergency on my part, they became more than a bystander and actively tried to address my needs with comfort, care and bags of ice to stem the flow of blood onto their floor and table area. Surely this shows a vital part of our society that only can help improve the common onlooker response. Great people making their way into our lives are welcome.“
