The location is clean and well kept. Service was fast. The boneless wings were hard, but the fries were good. The choice of sauce or rub is large. My friend got the regular wings and he said they were excellent. Location is handicapped accessible and they have a soda fountain.
Food was good but online ordering not available at the schenectady location. No one was available to answer the phone when trying to call in an order(3 separate weeks) as well. I guess you have to go and order in person and wait to get your takeout.If you have time for that their wings are great!

all 5 times i have gone so far they have messed up my order in some way. they have given me 5 wings when i ordered 10. they have forgotten my fries twice. and twice have forgotten my fried pickles. they are hard workers i can tell but they keep just forgetting at least one thing each time.
