“Fun and friendly staff! We must remember these people actually SHOW UP for work each day! They have to deal with extremely complicated menu and orders. Delivery services, long drive thru lines, and of course customers in a rush add to their stress. I along with many others would probably only last an hour trying to do their job.“

“Convenient drive thru with fast service. Pumpkin spiced latte was delicious. It would be great if they started offering these new dual-use heat sleeves that unfold into napkins called Cup Cucoons instead of double-walled cups. Using these napkin sleeves would reduce single-use paper waste by 40% while also acting as a convenient napkin for food or in case of spills. Think about it Dunkin!“

“Late one afternoon, I recently purchased a Bacon Egg and Cheese on a croissant. The croissant was half burnt, so I threw that part out. It's a good thing that I also ordered some plain bagel bites. I hope that the croissant will be better next time.“

“I’m a regular customer at DD’S ,and I usually don’t post reviews but on Monday’s when I get out of work around 7:30 that woman behind the counter will make you the best cup of coffee and provide the best customer service .!!! I wish all service workers took their jobs as seriously and professionally as she does ..!! I honestly don’t know how to stop singing her praises.!!! “Frequent the drive through for coffee throughout the week at random hours and consistently are met with friendly staff & the best coffee of any of the Dunkin's around!

“If you are in a hurry, this is not the Dunkin for you UNLESS you order by the app and PICKUP INSIDE!! The drive thru here is ALWAYS backed up. The food is good but by the time you order and get to the pickup window, it's barely warm. I have used the Upside app here but since you pay with upside, you would need to go through the drive thru, because if you order inside, you have to us the kiosk, and you can't scan the app at the kiosk. The people here are friendly, but it's very understaffed. This location is at a round about and close by 2 hotels, one with a casino, so I'm sure that's why they are sooooo busy! Dunkin... hire more people for this location!!!“
