“i was a customer at jackie's from 1997 to 2017 when i would go to the hall of fame induction weekends with my buddies from high school.. i had to stop going due to health reasons and can't tell you how much i miss going and getting to be with my buddies and having breakfast every morning with jackie, her sisters, mom/dad, daughter and others who worked there.. it was always the highlight of my day to order a grandslam with extra bacon and blueberry pancakes and banter with all the girls... this year they signed a newspaper saying hi and that they missed me and my buddies brought it to me... their kindnesses and friendships made the food even better.. there is no other place like it in the world for me.. it has always been like family for me, they are all the best and i love them all. ty for all of that love through the years... love you all, andy mark“

“Ive already posted this on google reviews so I’ll post it on Facebook as well! I haven’t been in Cooperstown in quite some time and having to wait for a bit for my wife’s surgery to be completed I went to Upstate bar and grill for the first time. With my mind being everywhere (even for a minor surgery that takes a bit to do) this place was literally wonderful. I don’t do many reviews if at all but I wanted to do one for here. Food was great and the service was SPOT ON! Most importantly so very polite and Nice. My servers name was heather and like I said she was wonderful and thoughtful. I wish most places were kinda like this. Thank you for the service and polite hospitality. I’ll be sure to bring my wife and son when I can!“

“What a great opening night for the chefs from Paris. Was great food and certainly ate things I would never have before. The dinner and service was second to none and the Brother Sister chef combo was great. Would certainly recommend anyone to go and try this experience.“

“Sometimes the dives impress. Came for the arcade to occupy the kids. Food and service were shockingly awesome. Hands down best pulled pork on the planet and their BBQ sauce is the bomb. Burgers great, fish tacos great and the lemon blueberry dessert. Wow! If you've never had a deep fried biscuit you are denying yourself one of life's pleasures. You guys rock.“
