We came to Fosters for the fried chicken and it exceeded our expectations. We had the bread, broccolini Caesar and then the chicken. Everything was so fresh and different than anything we’ve had before. For dessert we had the famous banana foster which was OUTSTANDING! I also had the Call my hand Banana cocktail that was really delicious. Our server Casey was super sweet and attentive. Will be back again! Perfect date night spot. The atmosphere & decor was also great!
This has to be the best restaurant that we’ve gone to on Long Island in years. Time and time again every dish is nothing short of “wow.” Even the basics are extraordinary.
CASEY IS THE BEST!! Knowledgeable about all menu items and so sweet!! My third time here and she’s waited on me each time. Lucky me!
