“We came here on a thurs even around 6pm...Was pretty crowded but got a table in the middle..The sound level is pretty high at 3/4 capacity but somehow you seem to flow with it because of the atmosphere... People enjoying good mex food are more enjoyable to be around for some reason..anyway...lighting as with most place is difficult to read menu but once the order was in,alot of fun...I noticed the food to be very FRESH...I immediately tasted that in the beans on my Mexican special and the Flautas,chimichanga etc were all delicious stuffed and perfectly cooked!..Fajita steak was so nicely marinated and charred but med inside..Perfect!..Wait staff were all very pleasant....I enjoyed my visit and will defin visit during a slow day,maybe lunch for a lil more quiet....“

“Just stopped off here on my way to work. I pass Seaford bagel on my way in but wasn't crazy about their bagels. I decided to stop off here instead and omg what a difference the bagels I had a egg everything with scallion cream cheese it was outstanding and the staff is very friendly and polite. This is my go to place on my way in to work when I'm in the mood for a great bagel.“

“This place has unfortunately declined in quality since the first time I came here 9 years ago, I used to come here mainly for their French fry slices, but after having one recently, its a very disappointing slice. It wasn't the best like it used to be, just okay honestly. the French fries were extremely dry and there was very little cheese and sauce that it was just dry French fries on some pizza crust. Very disappointing considering it was a little over $11 for only 2 slices. Unfortunately, I can't justify coming back here, even if it is a very sentimental spot to me. Sad to see it in this state, hopefully they use better ingredients and put more love into everything in the future.“

“We had the most incredible experience at Pietro’s of East Meadow — again! This was our second time celebrating our daughter’s birthday here, and it somehow keeps getting better every time. A huge shoutout to Oscar and the team there today, who were beyond helpful and so attentive. Oscar made everything feel effortless and was so intuitive — taking care of things before I even had to ask. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated. The girls had the BEST time, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff and the whole experience. Thank you for making our girl’s day so special — we’ll be back again for sure!“

“Walked in, seated immediately, told wait staff we had about 45 minutes to eat and she was EXCEPTIONAL! Ordered one of the chicken press w/ cheese tomato & guac and it was great! Fries too. GF bun for wife was meh. Got in & out in 45 minutes. Reasonable prices & good portions as we each went home with extra food. Highly recommend!

The flatbread starters are distinctive--at least for a person with an allergy to gluten. The ambience is generally fine. I generally prefer very quiet restaurants. Indeed, I would prefer a room for only my party. However, I am able to hear other people in a party of four with little difficulty in the this restaurant.“

“Have ordered many times from Ole’s. The food is delicious and service friendly and warm. Today, decided to eat in so we could try the nachos crispy and warm in the store. They were amazing!!! The other items were also great, my kids loved all of it. At the end, we had a chance to meet one of the owners, Manny. He was very friendly and warm, chatted with my boys and then surprised them with a warm churro. Needless to say, we’ll be coming back even more frequently now. Yum yum yum.“

I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

The staff was friendly and made sure every aspect of our evening was exactly what we hoped for! Our table was set up beautifully and the entire restaurant was very tastefully decorated for Valentine’s Day. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today.
