“I ordered food to go for myself (vegan) and my boyfriend (non vegan).The vegan food was delicious, I ate the vegan tonkatsu and vegan buffalo wings.I saved my sesame hot pot to eat with my boyfriend who also got a soup (braised beef).I had ordered a small (I believe that's the only size the sesame pot comes in), so when I unpacked the food at home, I took the container that was filled less since they weren't labeled.It was the beef soup. I ate an entire piece of beef thinking it was vegan beef until I realized the texture was off. I am disgusted as I haven't eaten cow in 13 years.The food was delicious and the service was lovely. I will go back at some time but please, Veggie Express, label your vegan food especially your soups.“

“Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

“The absolute best, most authentic Latin food in NY! You want real, here it is and it’s the only place to get it. Literally everything is homemade by a mother and son team from the area. Empanadas… delicious, Chimi… delicious, Wings… got that secret Dominican sauce that only the owner has! A must eat!!!“

“I really like that their chili comes with no beans, but you can add them if you like. I get mine with cheese and onions. Yes it's salty but very tasty. The bacon and blue burger is also great, I love the bbq sauce on that. The onion rings are A+ fries are good. Only thing I didn't like was the chicken fingers so far, which is disappointing because I really like chicken fingers in general. Service is always fast and friendly. Will be back!“

“I ordered 2 boxes for $14 for a midnight snack. I get to the store, the clerk quickly brushed me off with only 1 box. I showed them my order they insisted what i ordered. I ended up paying $14 dollars for 3 slices of old pizza. 1 plain, 1 pasta and 1 chicken. this is a terrible deal! They listed original value of $36. you are telling me that one slice is $12. update in comments with resolution.“
